We use your data to: provide and personalise the Race Edge service, manage your account and subscription, comply with our legal obligations (including age verification), send you service-related communications, and improve our platform. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under the following lawful bases under UK GDPR: contract performance (to provide the service you have signed up for), legal obligation (age verification, fraud prevention), and legitimate interests (platform security and improvement). Where we rely on consent (such as marketing communications), you may withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted processors: Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure, hosted in the EU), Vercel (hosting and deployment, US-based with appropriate safeguards), and Anthropic (AI tip generation - no personal data is sent, only racing data). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
