Race Edge is operated by Race Edge ACE, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Our platform provides AI-assisted horse racing analysis and tipster information for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or operate as a bookmaker.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Race Edge. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally permitted to access gambling-related content in your jurisdiction. Race Edge reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
3. No Betting Advice
All content on Race Edge, including scores, picks, and tipster commentary, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial or betting advice. Past performance of our tipster models does not guarantee future results. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

Paid plans (Pro, Edge, Day Pass) are billed as described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, scoring models, tipster personas, and platform design are the intellectual property of Race Edge ACE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from Race Edge without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Race Edge ACE accepts no liability for any financial losses arising from use of this platform. Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, provide false information, or use the platform in a manner that is harmful to other users or to Race Edge ACE.
